Q: Do you ship internationally? 
A: We ship everywhere around the globe.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this online store? 
A: Nope. You can purchase from this store using the following approved credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. But if you have your own PayPal account and wish to conduct the transaction with it, please feel free to do so.

Q: What shipping service(s) do you use? 
A: We currently engage the Singapore Post to ship our products for both Local(SG) and International orders. International orders are shipped exclusively via airmail.

Q: When will my order(s) arrive? 
A: Local(SG) orders will arrive within 2-4 working days. International orders will arrive within 8-9 working days.

Q: How much is shipping? 
A: Shipping for Local(SG) orders is free. All international orders are set a fixed price of USD$4.00.

All packages will be registered (Traceable)This allows us the ability to trace and locate your package in the event that it is misplaced/delayed by the courier service.

Q: What is your refund/return policy?
